1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and ave67 ("ave67", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform available at ave67.vip. • You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false information is grounds for account suspension without refund.
• You may hold only one registered account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be a director, employee, consultant, or agent of ave67 or any company within the same corporate group. Employees are ineligible for promotional bonuses.

ave67 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on any account at any time. Users are required to cooperate fully with any verification request, including submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period stipulated by ave67 may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

ave67 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all supported mobile wallet methods. Minimum amounts for card payments may differ and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit to the same account, unless ave67 grants an explicit exception in writing.
• ave67 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. Withdrawal processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or when additional verification is required.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to the player's account balance. Players are responsible for ensuring they deposit the correct amount to the correct account.
• ave67 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their mobile wallet or card provider.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ave67 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotional offers:

• All bonuses carry wagering (rollover) requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible game contributions are stated in the specific bonus offer terms.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the time period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• ave67 reserves the right to void a bonus and any associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to exploit a bonus offer through arbitrage, system abuse, or any form of dishonest play.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. A player who has previously held an ave67 account — even under a different name or mobile number — is not eligible for a welcome bonus.
• ave67 may withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, except where an offer has already been claimed and wagering is in progress, in which case the original terms will continue to apply.

No bonus is transferable between accounts, and bonuses may not be converted to cash except upon satisfying all applicable wagering conditions. ave67 customer support cannot override wagering requirement rules for any reason.

6. Responsible Gaming

ave67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools directly within player account settings to help users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be raised for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent self-exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and ave67 will not send promotional communications to a self-excluded account.
• Session time alerts: Players may set a reminder that triggers after a specified period of continuous play, prompting a review of session length and spending.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to defraud ave67 or any other user of the platform, including through the use of bots, automated software, exploits, or collusion with other players.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use ave67 for the purpose of converting criminally obtained funds into legitimate funds through gaming activity.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent, or allowing a third party to access or operate your account.
• Submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification, including forged identification documents, altered bank statements, or misrepresented payment method ownership.
• Using the platform in a manner that causes technical disruption, including denial-of-service attacks, reverse engineering of software, or unauthorised access attempts to ave67 systems.

Where ave67 has reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited conduct has occurred, it may freeze an account's withdrawal access pending a full investigation. ave67 co-operates with law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh and internationally where required by applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ave67 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of ave67.vip — is the exclusive property of ave67 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved. No part of the platform may be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, transmitted, or adapted without the prior written consent of ave67.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the ave67 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ave67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service. ave67's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user into their ave67 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ave67 does not warrant that the platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free from technical defects at all times. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, ave67 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's balance. Where a malfunction results in an erroneously displayed winning amount that was not genuinely won, ave67 is not obliged to honour that displayed figure.

10. Amendments to These Terms

ave67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ave67 will notify registered users by displaying a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the contact details on file. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ave67 platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
